Within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee applies.
- Damaged/Faulty/Wrong Item: Immediate return process initiation.
Final sale items, as well as customized, created, or personalized items, cannot be returned.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please understand that processing times for refunds may vary by financial institution.
