Q: Is the woven headboard fragile?
A: No. The woven inset is double-reinforced and tension-wrapped within the solid oak frame. It is designed to withstand the pressure of leaning back with pillows. However, as with all natural weaves, we recommend keeping sharp objects (like pet claws) away from the mesh to prevent snagging.
Q: Will the dark finish show dust?
A: Like all dark surfaces, it can show dust more than lighter woods. However, the matte, open-grain texture of this finish is far more forgiving than high-gloss lacquers. A quick pass with a microfiber cloth or vacuum brush attachment on the woven sections keeps it pristine.
Q: Does it require a box spring?
A: No. The platform architecture is designed for mattress-only use. Adding a box spring would hide the woven headboard detail and disrupt the design intent.
Q: Will the bed squeak?
A: No. The bed is engineered for silence using metal-to-metal hardware and a central steel support rail, ensuring the frame remains rigid and squeak-free even after years of use.

Refund Eligibility
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may qualify for a refund or replacement under these circumstances:
- 90-Day Non-Arrival: Eligible for refund if the order hasn't arrived.
- Incorrect Item: Eligible for a refund/replacement.
- Change of Mind: Return within 30 days; conditions apply. 20% restocking fees
- Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Product: Immediate eligibility for return/refund.
Please be aware that refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The order did not arrive due to incorrect shipping information provided by you.
- Non-arrival of your order was due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance issues or natural disasters.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of www.hulmara.com.
All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns
We accept returns under the following guidelines:
- 30-Day Window: For change of mind or incorrect items, with conditions. Within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee applies.
- Damaged/Faulty/Wrong Item: Immediate return process initiation.
Final sale items, as well as customized, created, or personalized items, cannot be returned.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please understand that processing times for refunds may vary by financial institution.

- Prepare your return by securely packaging the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, tags, and labels are included.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement based on the item's condition and the reason for return.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being processed.
Additional Conditions
- All sales items are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of returns due to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
